Signature Content - Specification

| Signature Content | 1. The signature content must match the type of materials and purpose submitted by the SMS sender; 2. The signature content must be used to identify the associated company, product, or business and serve as an identity of the SMS sender; 3. The signature content must have actual significance and neutral signatures such as “Alert Notification,” “Dear Customer,” etc., are not supported; 4. The signature must not contain content referring to pornography, gambling, drugs, political, religious, or other prohibited content as per the Surfercloud SMS Service Agreement; 5. If the signature content infringes upon third-party rights, authorization from the third party must be obtained; 6. The signature content should consist of characters in Chinese, English, numbers, or underscores, without any other special symbols; |
| Signature Length | 1. The length of the signature should be 2 - 12 characters, with each Chinese character, letter, digit, or underscore being counted as one character; |
| Signature Format | 1. International and Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan SMS Signature Format: Composed of [] and signature content. Fill in the signature content directly when applying, and the system will automatically add [] when sending; |
