What if manual renewal fails?
If manual renewal fails, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Order Management page.
- Filter out the expired arrears orders of the resource using the resource ID.
- Pay the filtered arrears orders. The batch payment function is available, supporting payment for up to 100 orders at a time.
- Return to Renewal Management and proceed with renewal.
Why does automatic renewal fail?
A resource has automatic renewal enabled and the account balance is sufficient, but why does automatic renewal fail?
It is likely because there are unpaid expired arrears orders for the resource.
Solution:
- Please go to the Order Management page, search for all arrears orders of the resource, and pay special attention to the filtering time, as there may be expired arrears orders before the filtered time.
- Pay these arrears orders.
- Go to the Renewal Management page to complete the renewal.
