Therefore, if you closed both pop-ups prematurely, our system will not be able to detect the payment, and it will not be able to automatically create your VPS.

Of course, there is also the possibility that you used cryptocurrency to recharge, but either you selected the wrong blockchain address or the recharge amount was insufficient to cover the order amount. In this case, the system will also not create your VPS.

Where is your money?

Rest assured, your money has not been lost. It has been credited to your account balance. You can check your balance on the page https://console.surfercloud.com/uaccount/recharge.

So how can you create your VPS? Simply return to the VPS package page you want to purchase, select the package you need, and choose account balance as the payment method. Once you do this, the VPS will be successfully created!
