SurferCloud Important Notice on Cryptocurrency Payment Issues 27220

Recently, some users have reported issues when attempting to recharge their SurferCloud accounts using cryptocurrency via the Triple-A platform. Specifically, they encountered the error code:
27220: Infrastructure proxy error.

After investigation, we found that this issue arises from Triple-A’s risk control mechanism, which flagged the user's account as high risk.

Further inquiry revealed that the affected user had recently used a third-party top-up agent, who claimed to offer cheaper rates than direct payment. We strongly suspect that the top-up was made using illegitimate or blacklisted USDT, possibly linked to illicit sources. This triggered Triple-A’s anti-fraud system.

As a result, not only did the third-party transaction fail, but the user was also unable to make successful payments using their own USDT wallet afterward, which led to SurferCloud recharge failure.

⚠️ Important Reminder:

We strongly advise all users to use legitimate, personal wallets for any cryptocurrency transactions. Do not rely on third-party agents or look for cheaper, unofficial top-up services. Using wallets connected to suspicious funds may lead to account risk control actions by Triple-A, preventing you from making further payments.

SurferCloud 關於虛擬幣支付異常的用戶重要提醒

近日我們收到部分用戶反饋，在通過Triple-A平台使用虛擬幣（如USDT）為SurferCloud帳號充值時，出現無法調起支付接口的問題，並顯示錯誤代碼：
27220: Infrastructure proxy error。

經我們調查發現，此問題是由於Triple-A平台對該用戶帳號啟動了風控機制，將其標記為高風險帳號。

進一步了解後得知，該用戶近期透過第三方代充人員進行充值，對方聲稱價格比自行充值更便宜。我們強烈懷疑該代充使用了來路不明甚至可能涉及非法資金的USDT錢包，因此被Triple-A識別為高風險交易，觸發了風控系統。

最終不僅代充失敗，用戶之後自行使用自己的錢包充值也遭到拒絕，導致SurferCloud帳號無法完成USDT充值。

⚠️ 請所有用戶注意：

在使用虛擬幣付款時，務必使用合法、安全的個人錢包，切勿貪圖便宜選擇不明來源的代充服務。若使用涉及“黑錢”或高風險錢包地址，將可能導致Triple-A限制帳號支付功能，影響您後續的正常使用。
