Introduction to Public Elastic IP
SurferCloud's Elastic IP (EIP) is a standard static IP address for the Internet. By binding the Elastic IP with services such as UHost cloud host and NAT gateway, it can provide these services with the ability to access the Internet.
Billing Method Introduction
In the SurferCloud platform, users can choose different bandwidth usage modes for each EIP in their account. Currently, all regions in the cloud platform can provide billing methods such as standard bandwidth and shared bandwidth.
Bandwidth Billing
When purchasing an Elastic IP with bandwidth billing, you also purchase the "outbound" bandwidth cap. When choosing this billing method, the public IP address (bare IP) is free, and no traffic fees are charged.
Shared Bandwidth
Refer to the shared bandwidth help document for shared bandwidth mode.
Public Network Bandwidth Limit
Free quota for inbound bandwidth
When the purchased outbound bandwidth is less than 50Mbps, the inbound bandwidth is 50Mbps. When the purchased outbound bandwidth is greater than or equal to 50Mbps, the inbound bandwidth equals the outbound bandwidth. (Inbound bandwidth: from the Internet to SurferCloud; Outbound bandwidth: from SurferCloud to the public network.)
